A 37-year-old man from Kosovo has been arrested by Tirana Police, after allegedly threatening a 26-year-old woman for financial gain.
According to the data, the arrested person has been identified as Hasan Loku.
The 37-year-old demanded 100,000 euros from the young woman, threatening to publish intimate photos if she did not comply.
"A Kosovar citizen was arrested after threatening a female citizen with 100,000 euros to not publish intimate photos/videos on social media."
Immediately after the indication that a citizen was threatening a 26-year-old woman via calls/messages on a platform to give her 100,000 euros in exchange for not publishing intimate photos/videos on social networks, specialists from the Property Crimes Investigation Section organized the work and, as part of the "Privacy" operation, arrested and handcuffed the suspected perpetrator of the case, a Kosovar citizen:
-HL, 37 years old, resident of Kosovo.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action, for the criminal offense of "Coercion by threat or violence for the provision of property", the police announced.
