The police arrested a 24-year-old man after he assaulted his co-habitant, who then attempted suicide. She was thrown from the second floor of the apartment, but luckily she survived.
" Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Police Station No. 4, after receiving the notification that yesterday evening around 11:30 p.m., a citizen had committed suicide from the second floor of the apartment, they immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the event and its full legal documentation.
Following the investigative actions carried out, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at Police Station No. 4 arrested the citizen EH, 24 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Domestic violence" and "Causation of attempted suicide", provided for by articles 130/a and 99 and 22 of the Criminal Code.
The 24-year-old man is suspected of having committed violence against his roommate yesterday evening, around 11:30 p.m., who as a result of the violence threw herself from the second floor of the apartment. He is currently under the care of doctors, out of danger for his life , "said the police
