Involvement in many conflicts in recent times, but even before, has made the work of the Shkodra police even more difficult for solving the murder of the citizen Elis Rroshkodoli, which happened the day before. From the new details in this serious incident that happened around 12:30 on August 30, the police are still unclear what the most likely lead might be. Involvement in thefts, injuries inside and outside the country, suspicions of drug deals and numerous other conflicts have led the investigative team not to exclude any of the possibilities. The victim's conflicts have started since he was at a young age, not yet 20 years old, until he was shot in that mafia murder the day before.
In 2010, it is suspected that Elis Rroshkodoli wounded with a firearm the citizen Hysni Bregu, the father of Shkodra's strongman Barush Bregu. Then in 2014, he is suspected of being involved in a theft in Belgium, arrested together with a group of Albanians. In Belgium, he is suspected of injuring a Shkodran named Shema, and a year ago he was suspected of injuring a Romanian in Romania, from where he escaped to Istanbul. Meanwhile, in addition to these events, the police have learned of several other conflicts in which the victim is suspected to have been involved. The police have doubts that the executors of this murder may be paid persons and that the orderers are others. Elis Rroshkodoli learned that out of the 18 pistol bullets, 14 are in his body, which caused him to die instantly.
The 36-year-old, aware of the numerous conflicts, carried with him a pistol with cartridges in the slot ready to fire, which the investigative team found in the victim's bag after the murder. The police suspect that a gray Benz type vehicle came from "Isuf Sokoli" street and the 36-year-old man was shot while drinking coffee in a bar on the western ring road. The suspect vehicle, which has not yet been found, took the road to the left towards the entrance of Shkodra, losing its tracks afterwards. There were four people in the bar at the time of the murder, the victim, the owner of the bar and two other customers. One of the witnesses was very close to the 36-year-old, but stated that he was not with him at the table and that the victim was drinking coffee alone. It is learned that the bar where the murder took place does not have security cameras, which makes the work of the police more difficult. The operatives have collected other cameras to find the movements of the vehicle, but the car with which the murder was committed loses its tracks on axes not monitored by the cameras. Witnesses have only said that they saw a vehicle and nothing else related to the killers. Meanwhile, Elis Rroshkodoli is the son of Kujtim Haxhi, the latter killed in 1995 in Shkodër after a conflict, leaving at the age of 7 his son who was executed the day before.
