The police still do not have a profile of the perpetrator of yesterday's murder in Shkodër. Elis Rroshkodolli was executed inside the bar while brewing coffee, as his dark past has made it difficult to build an investigative track.
The investigative team suspects that the executioners are contract killers and that other agents are hiding behind the murder.
It is learned that at the time when the 36-year-old man was shot, there were 3 other people in the bar, the owner of the bar and two customers. One of the interrogated persons stated that the 36-year-old was alone when he was shot.
From the testimony of the interrogated persons, the dynamics of the event have also been revealed. According to the evidence, the masked perpetrator arrived in a gray Bens, stopped in front of the bar and fired a barrage of bullets at the young man. The bar itself did not have security cameras and this makes it difficult to identify the perpetrator.

Then in 2014, he is suspected of being involved in a theft in Belgium, arrested together with a group of Albanians. In Belgium, he is suspected of injuring a Shkodran named Shema, and a year ago he was suspected of injuring a Romanian in Romania, from where he escaped to Istanbul. Meanwhile, in addition to these events, the police have learned of several other conflicts in which the victim is suspected to have been involved.
