Other interceptions have been revealed by the mega-operation "Tempulli" in Tirana, which shows how the group operated distributing narcotics in bars, frequented areas of the capital, but also in schools.
From the file of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, the persons involved in the criminal activity of distributing narcotics, cocaine, heroin and cannabis in Tirana cooperated with each other, mainly with similar methods.
To sell cocaine, they obtained it from their social connections, divided it into doses and kept it hidden inside their apartment. It is suspected that it is a question of significant quantities, which in many cases were sold in large doses, depending on the requirements.
They sold the drug by physically communicating with the customers or through the mobile phone. Meeting places are different. In the vicinity of their homes, they either go to the place where the buyer is located, using their own or rented vehicles. They kept in contact by telephone with their 'clients', and even responded to strangers who were introduced to them through shared social connections.
In the file released by TCH, the prosecution shows how one of the arrested, 21-year-old Ardit Pepnika, was selling narcotics in Tirana.
On October 24, 2023, around 22:00 on "Aleksandër Moisiu" street, based on the authorization of the prosecutor of the case, the authorized person with the code name "Miri" purchased a dose of cocaine.

On 29.11.2023, around 21:08, on Dibra Street, based on the authorization of the prosecutor of the case, the authorized person with the code name "Miri" carried out the simulated purchase of a dose of suspected substance of the cocaine type 0.4 grams from the 21 year old.
The material evidence provided by the simulated purchase was sent for chemical examination to the Police Institute.
The action of the stimulated purchase was carried out and video and audio recorded, assisted by the specialists of the Technical-Scientific Section at the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police.
