The Court of Korça has imposed a security measure of arrest and imprisonment for 29-year-old Kledi Tirollari, who is accused of having sexual relations with a minor.
The complaint was made by the minor's mother a few days ago, while it was the 12-year-old who, in the presence of psychologists, admitted that she was in a 2-year relationship with Tirollar.
Meanwhile, Tirollari himself did not accept the charge before the court as he said that he did not have sexual relations with the minor.
Meanwhile, according to lawyer Denis Mekolli, there is no forensic document in the prosecution's file to prove the accusation. According to the lawyer, the girl's mother reported this case because of a quarrel with her roommate.
The 29-year-old's father also spoke about the incident.
He claims that the abuse did not happen and that the denunciation came as revenge from his co-habitant after a conflict between the couple.
"It's not true. He accused him because he was with me. He argued with me and accused the boy. The boy had his own house. We had a separate room. The roommate got hold of me and said I will put you all in jail", he declared.
