An 83-year-old man identified as Fasli Hyka from Shkodra was arrested after shooting three young men from the balcony of his house.

He shot from the third floor of his apartment, towards three young men who were standing on the street.

It is suspected that the 83-year-old man was under the influence of alcohol and after the arrival of the police, he refused to surrender, telling the police "run away because I will kill you".

His son tried to negotiate with him, but it took the intervention of special forces who intervened from the balcony to arrest him.

No one was injured in the shooting, only a parked car. In addition to the couple, a Kalashnikov was found in the old man's house.
