Mother and son have been arrested in Tirana after being declared an international wanted by the Italian authorities.
According to the police, the wanted persons are accused of criminal organization and drug trafficking.
The arrested are Desira Goseni, 63 years old, and Eduard Goseni, 44 years old, both residents of Tirana. Mother and son were declared internationally wanted, after the Court of Verona in Italy, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Criminal Organization" and "Trafficking of narcotics".
Interpol Tirana has started work on their extradition to the neighboring country, where they will face justice.

Internationally wanted for criminal organization and narcotics trafficking, caught in Tirana and arrested with the intention of extradition to Italy, 2 citizens (mother and son).
The services of the Search Section of the DVP Tirana, following the work to capture the citizens announced as wanted internationally, based on the informational intelligence on the location of the two wanted citizens, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Afternoon".
During the operation, the Police services caught on Dibra Street and arrested for the purpose of extradition, the following citizens:
-Deshira Goseni, 63 years old, and Eduard Goseni, 44 years old, both residents of Tirana.
These citizens were declared internationally wanted, after the Court of Verona, Italy, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Criminal Organization" and "Trafficking of narcotics", provided by the Italian Criminal Code.
"Interpol Tirana is following the procedures for the extradition of these citizens to Italy ," the police announced.
