The decision of the GJKKO for the control in the MEK camp and the seizure of materials and documentation, came from outside Albania.
Meanwhile, all the seized evidence is being exported. The possibility of arrest warrants is not excluded. The activity is suspected to have been carried out outside Albania.
6 leaders of the MEK organization have been put under investigation by the Durrës police, after they clashed with police officers the day before, during the control of the latter by order of the GJKKO, inside the mujahedin camp in Manza, Durrës.
HN, 73 years old, are under investigation; UK, 72 years old; AA, 72 years old; BS, 63 years old; AA, 61 years old and DF, 70 years old. They are being prosecuted in a free state, for the criminal offenses "Disobedience to the order of the public order police officer", "Opposition to the public order police officer", "Destruction of property" and "Obstruction to the execution of court decisions ".
