Two people were arrested in Tirana after firearms, ammunition and a knife were found and seized by the police.
As part of the "Home" police operation, father and son, 21-year-old Klaos Haldeda and 42-year-old Ismet Haldeda, residents of Vaqarr, were arrested.
During the physical check, a knife cutting tool was found on the 21-year-old, and following the actions, during the search of his father's apartment, they found and seized a firearm and a quantity of military ammunition.
"In implementation of the measures of the operational plan "Rule of Law", to attack cases of illegal possession of weapons, the coded police operation "Home" was finalized.
The operation was carried out by Police Station No. 6. A firearm, combat ammunition and a knife cutting tool are seized, father and son are put in handcuffs.
Services of Police Station No. 6 following the implementation of certain measures in the "Rule of Law" operational plan, based on the information provided for a case of illegal possession of weapons, they organized and finalized the coded police operation "Home".
