The Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption has approved SPAK's request, passing the "Golden Bullet" file for trial, one of the strongest files that can lead to the discovery of many crimes.
GJKKO returned to complete investigations for Talo Çelëm in connection with the murder of Anxhelo Avdiaj and Dorian Shkoza, while closed the investigations for the murder of the Haxhia brothers.
In the file, GJKKO has also listed the serious crimes committed or attempted by Henrik Hoxhaj.
The latter is accused of having provided the conditions to kill the son-in-law of the former mayor of Elbasan Qazim Sejdini, Sokol Sanxhaktari.
Henrik Hoxhaj, accused of committing criminal offences:
"Murder with premeditated intent" committed for vested interest in the attempt, to the detriment of the victim (injured) Filip Gjeloshi (event dated 05.02.2011 in the city of Tirana) as well as "Unauthorized production and possession of military weapons and ammunition" , committed in simple cooperation, provided by articles 78/2, 22, 278/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code;
"Premeditated murder", carried out for interest, to the detriment of the victim Elvis Dedaj, occurred on 05.06.2012, carried out in special collaboration with the structured criminal group, "Producing, keeping, buying or selling weapons without permission fire", in the form of retention, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 78/2, 278/1, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code;
"Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, committed more than once, "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", to the detriment of the victims Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia ( event that occurred on 02.03.2020) in the role of the participant and to the detriment of the victims Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia (event that occurred on 27.04.2020 in the city of Durrës) carried out in special collaboration with the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", (in the role of a participant) and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group" provided by articles 79/d/dh, 278/1, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of Criminal Code;
"Premeditated murder" committed for interest, "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Structured criminal group" and "Participation in a structured criminal group" provided by articles 78/2, 278/ 1, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code (murder to the detriment of the victim Emiljano Ramazani on July 20, 2020 in the 28 November neighborhood, Elbasan);
"Premeditated murder", carried out for interest, remaining in the attempt, to the detriment of the citizen Lulzim Masha (event that happened in Tirana) "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization" provided by articles 78/2, 278/1, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code;
"Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Indri Dokle, carried out in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by the structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code;
"Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Elton Kila (called Oti), carried out in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Committing criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization", and "Carrying of combat weapons without permission" in the vehicle, "Carrying of combat ammunition without the permission of competent bodies", provided by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/2, 334 and 278/1/3 of the Criminal Code;
"Destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of the residence of citizen Talo Çela (event that occurred on 05.11.2020) and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in the special cooperation in the form of structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 152 and 278/1, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code ;
"Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, carried out in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by the structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code;
"Premeditated murder", carried out for vested interest in the attempt, carried out to the detriment of the victim Aredin Behari, twice, on 05.11.2017 and 03.04.2019, in the city of Fier, in simple cooperation, "Keeping permit and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", provided by articles 78/2, 278/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code;
"Murder in other qualified circumstances", remaining in the attempt, to the detriment of citizens Agim and Ilir Boriçi, carried out on 11.04.2018 in the city of Fier, "Unauthorized possession and production of explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in collaboration especially that of the structured criminal group, provided by article 79/dh, 22, 278/1, 28/4, 333/a/1 and 334 of the Criminal Code.
