The photo of 48-year-old Kamber Sulçaj, the perpetrator of the murder of the Italian businessman in Tepelena, has been published.
48-year-old Sulçaj has been declared wanted by the police for 3 criminal offenses; murder in other qualifying circumstances in a manner dangerous to the lives of many people, illegal possession of weapons, and production and sale of narcotics.
He is from Mesaplik, Vlora, and is accused of the murder of Italian businessman Edoardo Sarchi.
The incident occurred for completely banal reasons. There was an argument between him and the victim, as well as the people accompanying the latter, over the high beams of the car. The argument then escalated to the use of a weapon.
The perpetrator, Kambert Sulçaj, fired a couple of shots at the Italian businessman and his companions, as well as the two cars they were traveling in. It is learned that the 44-year-old Italian was hit by the bullet after it ricocheted off the asphalt of the road.
