A robbery suspect appeared in the Magistrates' Court today, charged with more than 30 offences across England.
According to Kent Online, to which Top Channel refers, 14 of these crimes are suspected to have occurred in the county of Kent, specifically in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Ashford.
The suspect, Gledis Uka, 29, of no fixed address, was charged on Saturday, January 31, with: 31 counts of burglary
and 2 counts of attempted burglary
He appeared at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court today, where he was remanded in custody.
Reports indicate that many of the properties attacked had glass windows or doors broken by a masked man, who then stole jewelry and money.
Uka was arrested in Essex by Kent Police officers on Friday and is expected to appear in court again on Monday, March 2, at Maidstone Crown Court.
Other alleged offences have also taken place at properties in the counties of: Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Suffolk
and Surrey.
