Two vessels have been blocked by the border police in Vlora and Saranda during the action for the security of the coastline, where navigations in prohibited areas have been recorded.
The stranded vessels are a dinghy and a skiff.
The driver of the raft was fined 100,000 new lek after he was found by the Border Police services, sailing in a prohibited area.
Also, the driver of the boat was fined with the administrative measure of 10,000 new lek as he was not equipped with the necessary documentation for navigation.
The 2 vessels were blocked until the settlement of the administrative measures and the equipping of the drivers with the relevant documentation.
