Who are the crime bosses hiding in Dubai? SPAK 10 extradition requests, Durim

SPAK searching for 10 underworld figures hiding in Dubai...

Dubai continues to be a haven for Albanian crime bosses. Almost all the important figures have taken refuge there, both to escape justice and to seek revenge against rival groups.

Initially, there was talk that extraditions would begin and the latest name to be mentioned was Durim Bami, but the latter also remains there.

According to official data, the Special Prosecution Office in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice have requested the extradition from Dubai of 10 important figures in the criminal world. The data was officially provided by the Special Prosecution Office.

" Regarding the number of requests that the Special Prosecution Office has transmitted to the United Arab Emirates through the Ministry of Justice, for the extradition of Albanian citizens, I inform you that; for the period 2020 - 08.11.2024, SPAK has transmitted a total of 10 requests ," SPAK emphasizes.

But who are the names that are hiding in Dubai?

Undoubtedly the most talked about name is Eldi Dizdari, also known as Denis Matoshi. Foreign media have written endlessly about him. He was one of those arrested as part of the cocaine cartel that was hit by Europol during Operation "Los Blancos", September 17, 2020.

On March 27, Florenc Çapja was arrested. The Elbasan Prosecutor's Office had declared Florenc Çapja wanted on the afternoon of March 16, 2021. But a few hours before the arrest warrant was signed, Çapja had left Albania. He had initially flown to Istanbul in the early hours of the morning and then to Dubai. Florenc Çapja spent only a month in detention, being released on bail of 55 thousand euros.

Another name is Mikael Qosja. He was arrested in December 2021, but was released by Arab authorities. Qosja is accused by the Elbasan Prosecution Office as a participant in the triple murder, dated December 29, 2019, in which Enea Alibej, Albert Dylgjeri and Turkish citizen Erdal Duranaj were killed.

There are also many others, including Durim Bami. Bami was arrested on October 28 and was told that he would be extradited within a few days. 3 months have passed and he has not been mentioned as a case. Of course, the procedures are delayed, but evil mouths say that a big fight is being waged to stop his extradition.

Bami is said to have received orders for assassinations from both crime bosses and politicians. If he speaks out, many important names could be implicated. So strings are being pulled behind the scenes to prevent him from coming to Tirana. /Pamphlet
