A subject in Yzberisht of Tirana had become a 'base' for the forgery of documents.
The entity "Uni Trans sh.pk" was discovered today by the Tirana Police, while 2 organizers have been arrested, as well as a person who was receiving a false ownership certificate.
The two organizers had turned the subject into a genuine basis to forge documents on behalf of different people. They had at their disposal fake stamps of various state institutions inside and outside Albania.
Çlirim Bregu, 53 years old, and Arben Rushiti, 55 years old, used these stamps to provide 'clients' with false documents, such as traffic permits, passbooks, notarial statements, school documents and proof of professional skills. Even one person, Fatos Shima, 54 years old, who had 'ordered' a fake property certificate was handcuffed by the police when the 'base' was discovered.
The police have seized 37 forged seals of various state institutions inside and outside Albania, incomplete documents (circulation permits, booklets, notarial statements, school documents and proof of professional skills). Meanwhile, 210 bottles of suspected smuggled wine were found in the premises of this private entity, as well as uninsured employees.
Çlirim Bregu, co-owner of the firm, was previously convicted for smuggling. In December 2018, he was arrested after trying to smuggle 8,000 liters of wine into our country.
