The murder of Klevis Kapllani, who was found shot to death in a car in Rrogozhina, is revealed. The event took place in September 2020.
Kapllani was a friend of Nuredin Duman, one of the repentant justices who led to the unraveling of many crimes with the confessions of several gangs in the country.
Dumani and Klevis Kapllani are from the same village, Sinaballaj, and before the repentant justice was arrested by the police, they were hanging out together in public.
Kapllani was suspected of being involved in several criminal events in Elbasan and Peqin.
The murder of Klevis Kapllani:
Klevis Kapllani was executed with a barrage of bullets inside the "Fiat Punto" vehicle, just a few meters away from his apartment in the village of Sinaballaj in Rrogozhina. He was found dead around 06:00 am on September 15, 2020 by a resident of the area who had gone out to collect milk.
But, for the investigators, the murder of the 33-year-old took place at night, September 14, and that he was executed with a silenced weapon. The victim had a criminal record and was convicted in Italy for drug trafficking and two years ago, after serving his sentence, he returned to Albania. Kapllani was the father of a minor child, while the murder was then said to have allegedly taken place for revenge due to drugs. It is suspected that Kapllani also knew the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani.
