Two vehicles were engulfed in flames on Sunday evening in the city of Vlora, shortly after midnight.
According to preliminary information, it is initially suspected that the fire was set on a "Benz" vehicle with license plates AB 550 LV. The flames then spread to another "BM" vehicle with license plates AB 652 UI, which was located nearby.
Residents of the area immediately notified the fire service, which intervened to extinguish the flames and made it possible to neutralize the fire, preventing it from spreading to other surrounding areas or vehicles.
Meanwhile, the police have launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident. The blue uniforms are verifying security camera footage in the area, with the aim of identifying the possible perpetrator or perpetrators.
Authorities have not yet provided further details on the motives for the incident.
