The testimonies given to the state police by the 4 doctors who treated Nuredin Duman in the apartment, did not escape the prosecution's charge.

From the testimony of Bledar Bardelli, the fact that he was the first contact with Henrik Hoxhaj, after which the doctor also called his colleagues with the aim of providing help to an injured person, is evidenced.
After everyone got together, they headed towards Nuredin Duman's apartment, for which Henrik Hoxhaj accompanied them on this journey.
The testimonies say that the doctors together with Henrik went up to the 5th floor of a building where they entered an apartment and saw a person with curly hair sitting on the bed who was injured.
As soon as they got inside, they saw his serious condition, while Hoxhaj told them that the person in question should be cured "with nothing".
Meanwhile, another doctor in his testimony says that: "During the time we were in the elevator, Henrik Hoxhaj told us what you will see in here, you should not show anything, lifting the blouse where he was holding a cane and binoculars. As we entered, one of them was reluctant to give him medicine. At this moment, Henriku expressed that we did not take you as strong, here we took some of them away..."
Doctors say the person was lying on the bed with curls and wounds near his back.
"Near him he had some jewelry, a bag and some firearms," says the doctor.
One of the doctors during the visit stated that his condition is serious and "he should go to Tirana for treatment".
In order to avoid this situation, they told him that they should go to the hospital to get some tools.
At this moment, Henrik has expressed that: "...I will also accompany him".
As soon as they finished work at the hospital, they went to Duman's apartment. While Henrik was ahead on the road, the RENEA forces arrived and arrested him, while the doctors left peacefully.
