Two bags of green plums and a can of pears, sent by Ervis Daka alias Dragovic to the address of the drug detainee, Xhafer Deliu, caused the arrest and the charge of "Threat to not report" and "Threat to make statements" or fake expertise and translation".
"Ora News" has learned that Daka's action, for sending plums inside the premises of Bradashesh prison, was carried out on May 8, 2023, where Daka appeared at noon in the premises of this prison, leaving one of the police officers , two bags of green plums and a can of pears, in order to take them to Xhafer Deli and Arben Saphiu's cell.
At the time when the threatening message arrived through the green plums, Xhafer Deliu was serving his sentence in sector B, on the 2nd floor in room No. 5 near Bradashesh prison in Elbasan.
In the investigation file it is said that Deliu shared this room with Arben Spahiu, the brother-in-law of the repentant Erjon Alibej, Rigers Spahiu, who are the two brothers of Arjan Spahiu killed in Belgium, Luis Gaxha arrested for the arsenal of weapons that was found on the roof of the house and a person from Librazhdi, Darlino Çuçuli.
Xhafer Deliu, was arrested in October 2022 and is serving a prison sentence for the charge of selling drugs, "Domestic violence" and "Leaving the place of residence determined by the court".
Arben Spahiu, Erjon Alibej's brother-in-law and Xhafer Deliu, his cousin, immediately filed a criminal complaint regarding this threat with a coded message from Ervis Daka.
In the report that he submitted to the police, Arben Spahiu stated that:
"...on May 8, 2023, my roommate and cousin, Xhaferr Deliu, received two bags of plums and an empty water can with two inches of cream-colored liquid. Xhaferri did not expect an order from home and when he opened the box with plums, he saw that Ervis Daka had brought it, as it was written on paper. Xhaferri, he knows him as a person, but he has no friendship with Dakan. But we know that this person lives in Dubai with the people we have enmity with. We suspect that it could be a message from them or the plums, they could have something that could harm us..."
According to him, the people who have enmity are: Hajdar Çopja, Franc Çopja and Mikel Kamami.
"...Mikeli is a close friend of Ervis, who sent us the two bags of plums today..." - declared Arben Spahiu.
Arbeni's brother, Rigers Spahiu, was also interrogated for this incident, who maintained the same attitude.
Regarding this situation, the criminal police of Elbasan, coordinated by SPAK, interrogated Xhafer Deliu, who explained from the prison premises that:
"...today at around 12:00, the policeman who was on duty came and asked me: "Do you have anything to bring out that things came from the meeting...? Well, I told him that: "...I don't have things to take out...". I went there and spoke on the phone with the family and the mother, and she told me that: "...I will come the day after tomorrow, I have not sent you anything with anyone...". The policeman came again who was Food Control Rescue and told me that this bag has arrived. I opened the bag, inside were a bag of plums and a small water can, which had some fruit juice. I took them in my hand first, then to a letter that was inside with the name "Ervis Daka". As soon as I saw that person's name, I threw back the plums where you said to the policeman: "…why did you bring them to me…?" and he answered that he had told Ervis Daka: "...I would take it, I would, I would not, I would give it to you...". After this conversation, I told the chief of police to come and I told him that apart from the family, they should not accept things that come for me, and he wrote them to his block.
The murder of Arjan Spahi by Rubens Meçe from Shkodra
Regarding Ervis Daka, I do not know him at all, but he is friends with Mikel Kamami, who is sentenced to life imprisonment by the Albanian Court and currently lives in Dubai. This person is my cousin Arben Spahiu, whose brother was killed in Belgium, Arjan Spahiu. Recently, it was revealed that the murder of Arjan Spahi, according to the Belgians, was carried out by a person from Shkodra, Rubens Meçe, who is currently in prison in Barcelona, Spain. Regarding the items that Ervis Daka sent today, I doubt that it is a message or has poisonous content to kill me. As a message I understand that: "...eat plums in prisons and in the end you will escape...".
Everest Caka was killed by Meçe and a Murat
This whole story, as I explained above, is done by our enemies, who want to kill us and leave no witnesses regarding the events they have committed against our people. Also, I think this is also related to the murder of Everest Caka, who is the cousin, the son of Arben Spahi's aunt. This event was again carried out by the person Rubens Meçe and with a person with the surname Murati, who is a relative of Admir Murat.
Daka was in Dubai, when he came he threatened us in prison
I want to add that Ervis Daka has been in Dubai these years and when he came he brought me this message with plums inside the prison. Ervis is a friend of Mikel Kamami's childhood friend, he brought the message that Mikel sent me from Dubai. I have been friends with Everest Caka since childhood and I know that Everest and Rubens Meçe were friends. Three days after Everest was killed, he told me that he had borrowed 50,000 Euros from Rubensi, and for this he later learned that Rubensi had killed his brother, Arben Spahiu, in Belgium. After that they also killed Everest. Regarding these facts, we suspected that Rubensi committed the murders on account of Hajdar Qose and Mikel Kamami. Also, I don't want to cry about the trap they set for me when they put narcotics in my house, where I was staying with the children since I am divorced. In the same way, Arben Spahiu and his brother Rigers Spahiu, who placed weapons in their apartment, have also made history of traps. We haven't tried the plums, so none of us have consumed them as food. We have not had any other threats during this time. I want to emphasize that all these are actions so that we do not fall behind the truth about the lives taken from our people. To shut up and not look for evidence to reveal the truth of the murders. Every action that is carried out is well thought out by our hasmits that I mentioned above...".
Currently, the police have arrested Ervis Daka for the threatening message conveyed inside the prison by Ervis Daka through two bags of plums and a pear suko. His arrest came 10 days after he had sent the plums and that he is currently in prison for this action./oranews
