One day after the arrest of the doctor Dervish Hasi, the Tirana police interrogated the 16-year-old.
She has denied being used for prostitution, but has accepted sexual relations with the 42-year-old, claiming that he is her husband.
The 16-year-old stated that everything was of her own free will without being forced by anyone else. Further, the minor added that she is married to a Hoxha, referring to the arrested person, Dervish Hasi, 42 years old.
As for the accusations of exploitation of prostitution, until this stage the investigators are not clear about this track as the minor herself has denied it.
During the investigation of the mobile phone, the police uncovered an intimate video between Dervish Has and the minor, for which the time period has not yet been verified.
So far, the criminal offense for which Dervish Has has been referred is only that of sexual relations with minors.
Dervish Hasi was arrested a day ago, he declared that the minor is his 4th wife, and according to him, the other 3 women he kept in the same apartment were also aware of this fact.
Today, the police continued questioning the 3 wives of Dervish Hasi as well as the minor's family members.
