And the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan, led by Kreshnik Ajazin, brother of Besjan Ajazin, former deputy of the SP until May 14, 2023 and now Mayor of Gramsci; did not arrest the perpetrator Durim Koçi, although he had received the criminal complaint from the school guard.
While 4 days after the publication of the video, the Prosecutor of Elbasan issued an arrest warrant for the rapist Durim Koçi; forced by public pressure in the media and calls from teachers and parents.
But why 4 days after the crime?
Because according to his "CV", the "strong" Durim Koçi is the Chairman of the SP in the "Visarion Xhuvani" area of Elbasan; Presiding Member of the PS of the District; member of the SP electoral staff; head of the group of "strong" voters and leader of one of the groups of patron Nazis.
In the statement of the Police of Elbasan on August 7, 2018, it is stated that the citizen Durim Koçi, head of a section of the SP in this city; was under investigation since January 2018, for the kidnapping and trafficking of 3 girls from Elbasan.
