There is still no sign of 31-year-old Eraldo Novruzi, who was allegedly killed last night at midnight in the hotel where he worked. The suspicions are that he was shot by Gerald Shehu, who then hid the body. The latter was arrested in Greece, where he fled after the crime, while the search for the young man's body continues.
According to sources, the 31-year-old is being sought in the area of Vunoi and Dhërmi, where he may have been thrown. The murder, the sources say, took place in the hotel and then the dishonor is suspected to have been thrown somewhere in the area. The police are conducting checks with drones and dogs.
Two are the main tracks of the investigation, that of a momentary conflict as well as their past, as both lived in England and are suspected to have been involved in various narcotics trafficking activities. Both had acquaintances and were planning to open a business.
The serious incident allegedly happened shortly after midnight, around 00:30 on Thursday. Gerald Shehu, co-owner of a hotel in Dhërmi, according to the police, shot Eraldo Novruzit, 31 years old from Tirana, who worked as a receptionist at the hotel. Until now, the 31-year-old continues to be missing, while Shehu has been arrested in Greece.
