Journalist Klodiana Lala, speaking about the May 11 elections, said that SPAK will closely monitor the situation regarding electoral crimes.
On the 'Pa Ekspozuarit' show, Lala said that groups have been set up according to regions and a prosecutor will be in Tirana.
"We will have groups set up by SPAK throughout the territory. I think they will have their people infiltrated in the meetings of the electoral headquarters of the parties."

The strategy was drafted by the British, with their help, they think it will yield results. The strategy has to do with campaign financing.
So if a rally is held, it will be seen who finances it, how much will be declared to the CEC, and so on. Three of the special prosecutors will stay in Tirana. The others have a specific district, Fier, Durrës, Vlora, and so on. Information will be provided to the coordination center. There will be environmental and telephone interceptions, and so on.
"What scares politics has to do with the financing of the election campaign. There have been very expensive campaigns here, very little money has been declared to the CEC. Second, what scares the headquarters is the infiltration of people. SPAK will infiltrate people into the electoral headquarters. These are proactive actions, it has nothing to do with espionage," said Lala.
SPAK's biggest challenge will be whether there will be corruption regarding the diaspora vote.
"It is the first time that the diaspora votes and it remains to be seen whether or not there will be any intervention to alienate it," said Lala.
