The drug was seized on November 3, 2020. This narcotic substance was loaded into the truck, which was driven by the Albanian citizen Bajram Grabova.
It is written in the file that from the content of the communications between the unidentified interlocutors, it appears that Albert Prenga is "the orderer and co-financier in the trafficking of a quantity of marijuana-type narcotics, in cooperation with other unidentified Albanian citizens."
Around 21.10.2020, Albert Prenga starts to provide quantities of narcotics, suspected to be marijuana, in several cities in Spain. After securing this narcotic substance, its transport is carried out by unidentified Albanian citizens, who cooperate with each other using this scheme: 2 people travel first in a "clean" vehicle, which does not have narcotic substances inside his, in order to control the road if there is a presence of the police or other law-enforcement bodies, whose task is to control vehicles.
Throughout the journey they communicate in the SkyECC application and the car carrying the narcotic substance is guided by the instructions given by the first car. In this way, they carry out the safe transport of the narcotic substance to the destination, with the aim of trafficking it.
After securing, collecting, packaging the suspected marijuana-type narcotic substance, it is transported around 31.10.2023 by truck to Germany. The followed itinerary is the departure from Spain, through France and with the final destination Germany. The transportation of narcotics is carried out through a truck, in which citizen Bajram Grabova is the driver.
From the analysis of the conversations and the examination of the data of the TIMS system, it results that the citizen Bajram Grabova travels to Spain and arrives on 25.10.2020, where he will be met at the port by the unidentified user AUKVIK.
Part of this drug was also destined for Kosovo. In this traffic, the name of the head of police station no. 6 Dedan Gjoni, arrested on November 20, 2023, together with the former deputy director of the Tirana police, Erzen Breçani, appears.
