But, in the meantime, citizen Ismail Zeneli starts calling his brother Bashkim Sadria, whom he allegedly refers to as "Bakja" in the messages, since on 13.09.2020 at 11:39:32, citizen Ismail Zeneli sends him messages Bujar Ajetit: "....These two days, the father takes the wires and brings them...Yes...".
On 19.09.2020 at 12:09:51, Ismail Zeneli contacts CC4RE2 and informs him that the telephones encrypted with CHIPHR have arrived in Tirana and are in the customs regime, he also sends photos of the delivery mandate by mail to the recipient it is Bashkim Sadria. Citizen Ismail Zeneli sends the messages: "...My friend, I didn't tell you that I'm waiting for you today or tomorrow by phone... Customs has blocked them... And for that work... I can't tell you...
