The Special Court has accepted the request of Klea Djata, who is being investigated in a free state by prosecutor Behar Dibra, as part of Laert Haxhi's group.
The court decided to return the car to Tjta after a lawsuit filed by his mother, citizen Sh. The judge requested "the return of the seized item according to the record dated 01.10.2023, at 17:55, held by the judicial police officer at the Elbasan Police Station".
The luxury car seized all these months did not belong to Klea Tjata, but to her mother. These requests were combined into a single one in the court session of 10.07.2024.
At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime decided to accept the request submitted by the mother of Klea Tjata, for the return of the Mercedes-Benz type vehicle, until the end of the trial.
The court rejected the request of Klea Djata, who asked for the same, since the luxury car, according to the documents, did not turn out to be in her name.
27-year-old Klea Gjata from Lushnja, part of Laert Haxhi's group, was arrested during the coded operation "Never Forget" a year ago, but was released.
"Klea Gjata, 27 years old, a resident of Lushnja, is suspected of the criminal offenses of "Supporting the author of the crime" and "Abetment of the crime".
Her name came up during Artan Tafan's testimony. He has spoken a lot and enough to clarify some criminal events in the country, committed by the Lushnja gang. Just from his testimony, 6 murders, inside and outside the country, and many other criminal events were solved, where not only the "boys" of the Lushnje gang were involved. Among those arrested was 27-year-old Klea Gjata, from Lushnja, who is believed to be Laert Haxhi's girlfriend.
