The Vlora Court has imposed the security measure "prison arrest" for 32-year-old Hajri Bajramaj, who caused the accident that took the life of 17-year-old Leandro Shametaj.
The deceased's family is demanding stricter laws, as they say it is not a traffic violation, but intentional homicide. The 17-year-old's uncle said that the perpetrator continues to drive at 200 km/h on the boulevard, even while drunk.
"We demand from justice that he really got what he deserved, but we demand that this law be tightened. It was not an accident, but for us it is intentional murder.
