An officer of the Fier prison was hit with a hard object by an unidentified citizen yesterday evening.

The police informs that the 64-year-old man received minor injuries and is in the hospital, out of danger for his life. Meanwhile, the work to identify and catch the author continues.

"Yesterday evening, around 9:00 p.m., an as yet unidentified citizen allegedly hit the ND citizen, 64 years old (an employee of IEVP Fier), with a hard object, causing minor injuries.

The ND citizen is receiving treatment at the hospital and his life is out of danger. The work to identify and catch the perpetrator continues," the Police announcement states.
