The court of Lezha has upheld the prison arrest decision for the director of IVMT in Kurbin, Jetmir Muzhika, and house arrest for the former director of IKMT in Lezha, Flori Gjini.
The suspension of its 3 inspectors, Rivelioni Ismalaj, Shan Preci, Artur Përdoda, is also in force.
Jetmir Muzhika has allowed the construction of the Gëzim Çela complex in Patok. It is about the 'Royal Blue' complex owned by the drug baron, already arrested for months. It is learned that the complex is in the name of Fatjon Frangaj.
The officials of IVMT and the former head of IKMT are accused of "Misuse of Duty", as according to the prosecution, with their inaction, they allowed constructions in the protected area of Patok and illegally took inerts from the river Mat.
According to the prosecution, the officials abused their duty by not acting to stop constructions without permission and the use of inerts of the Mat River.
