A case of domestic violence occurred in the city of Lushnja.
A father raped his son, who ended up in the hospital from his injuries.
The fight happened for weak motives and as a result, the father hit the boy with hard objects, who is out of danger for his life.
"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Lushnjë Police Station arrested the citizen living in Lushnjë red-handed, after he allegedly hit his son, a 41-year-old citizen, a resident of Lushnjë, who is out of danger to life" , says the police announcement.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
