Likewise, according to the policeman's nephew Erjon Goxhara, who was also questioned by the investigative group, his uncle was psychologically burdened.
"He was in a difficult psychological state and often indicated that he would kill himself", the LB citizen testified.
The investigative group has also seized the video that the author Erjon Goxhara sent via WhatsApp to his brother-in-law, also a police officer, after he injured Lorenc Kosta, where he appears lying on the sidewalk and bleeding.
The investigation shows that Goxhara's brother-in-law answered about 30 minutes later, "What is this, I don't understand...".
