Nehat Foljeta and Sabjan Troshani, two of the people arrested during the operation "Metamorfoza" in Shkodër, have been sentenced by the court of this city to two years in prison for "Possessing firearms and ammunition without permission."
For each of them, the Court of Shkodra gave a sentence of 3 years in prison, but due to the shortened trial, Foljeta and Troshani were finally sentenced to 2 years in prison each.
The two people are part of Behar Bajri's group, and were detained by RENEA during the "Metamorphosis" operation in Shkodër in July 2023.
Troshani and Foljeta were initially investigated by SPAK, but because the prosecutors did not find that they used the "Sky" application or were involved in criminal events, the case against them in December 2023 was transferred for further investigations to the Shkodra prosecutor's office .
This prosecutor's office, receiving the investigative documents prepared by SPAK, has filed the charge of "Unauthorized possession of weapons and ammunition" against Troshan and Foljeta, taking the case against them to court.
Now the two soldiers of Behar Bajri have been sentenced to two years in prison each for the pistols seized by RENEA, while other people like Behar Bajri and others have been taken as defendants by SPAK and the case has been sent to court./ Ora News
