Kassander Noga, introduced early in the dark world of crime, now 46 years old, once had ambitions. A student of the Police Academy was expelled before graduating, when he injured a student from Lushnja with a knife in the school premises.
In the Academy, he was known as cold-blooded, a little scary, but intelligent. He took revenge when he was very young, 24 years ago, in Patos.
Kassander Noga had a conflict with Gentian, the brother of Erion and Geron Hasanbelli, this quarrel that continues to cause victims in Tirana and Belgium.
Erion Hasanbelli, who fled to Italy, contacted Mariglen Hodaj there and gave her a sum of money to send to his father, Aqif Hasanbelli, in Patos. However, Marigleni did not surrender and on August 4, 2000, he was killed in the city of Patos.
Another son of the Hasanbelli family, Geroni, was injured in the gunfight. Erion Hasanbelli was called the organizer, while Hodaj was Noga's close friend. On August 19, 2000, Kassändre Noga entered the Sanatorium accompanied by Julian Çela, where Aqif Hasanbelli (father of the Hasanbelli brothers) and Dritan Hajdini, Geron's friend, were hospitalized. With automatic bursts, they were left dead on the spot. The event became known as the 'Sanatorium Massacre'.
To wash away the blood of the father, Geron Hasanbelli and his brother executed Julian Cela and seriously injured Kassander Noga in Belgium in 2002. Geron took refuge in Italy, but was arrested in 2009 and was extradited to Albania. Kasandre Noga, the author of the massacre, was arrested by the Belgian police and extradited to Albania. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Geron Hasanbelli was acquitted, his brother Erion was sentenced to 25 years in prison. In the Vlora Appeal, Geroni was sentenced to 14 years in prison, so he was re-arrested. After a few years, the Hasanbelli brothers were released, but Noga kept them under surveillance. In 2022, Noga added to the center of Brussels, Erion Hasanbelli, who survived, and a year later Kassander was imprisoned.
However, by his side, was Kevin Zeneli (Suçi). From the cell, he decided to execute Hasanbelli and their nephews. Ilirian Feçi and brothers Indri and Gentjan Beqiraj were paid for this plan. But after some time they retreated out of fear, and Noga and Zeneli contacted two other people, who have not yet been identified, for the murder.
On January 4, 2022, Kevin Zeneli and the two unknowns opened fire at a bar in Don Bosco, to kill Hasanbelli, but missed the target. Erion Çela was killed and four other people were injured. Cassander Noga lost this time, but does he have a new plan?
