Two brothers tried to kill a 25-year-old man in Kavaje by physically assaulting him and then hitting him with a car. The incident happened after a conflict for weak motives.
For this reason, the authorities have handcuffed 30-year-old Halit Ullorja, while his brother was declared wanted. The latter abandoned the car as soon as he hit the 25-year-old.
The 25-year-old man was also put in handcuffs, because it turned out that he was driving his vehicle in a drunken state.
" After a conflict for weak motives, they tried to kill a 25-year-old man, raping him by hitting him with a vehicle, the 30-year-old man was arrested and efforts are being made to catch his brother who abandoned the vehicle immediately after the conflict.
The 25-year-old is also in handcuffs, because it turned out that he was driving his vehicle while intoxicated.
Yesterday evening, the Police services after the notification received about a conflict between 3 citizens, in neighborhood no. 2, immediately went to the area to identify and bring the responsible citizen/s to justice.
Thanks to the timely intervention, the Police services prevented the escalation of the conflict and arrested the HU citizen, 30 years old, in the act, as well as declared his brother, the GU citizen, 26 years old, both residents of Kavaja, wanted, because it is suspected that after a conflict for motives weak, tried to kill citizen LL, 25 years old, by physically assaulting him and hitting the vehicle driven by this citizen with a vehicle.
Following the procedural actions, the crime investigation specialists of the Kavajë Police Station arrested the 25-year-old in the act after the verifications showed that he was driving the vehicle while intoxicated.
The work continues for the capture of the 26-year-old who abandoned the vehicle, as soon as he hit the vehicle of citizen LL.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions ," the police announced.
