A 34-year-old man in Lushnja has been declared wanted after illegal firearms and ammunition were found in his apartment.
The 34-year-old man with the initials AK was found in his apartment with 1 Kalashnikov firearm, 2 combs with cartridges and 224 combat cartridges.
Meanwhile, the 34-year-old's father is being prosecuted, because he is suspected of being the co-owner of the weapon and ammunition.
"A citizen of AK, 34 years old, a resident of the village of Kasharaj, was declared wanted, after the checks in his apartment, 1 Kalashnikov firearm, 2 combs with cartridges and 224 combat cartridges were found. Following the procedural actions for the case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the 34-year-old father, a citizen of RK, because he is suspected of being the co-owner of the weapon and ammunition" , the police informs.
