We remind you that in August 2022, Madrit Ulqinaku was shot dead near the main boulevard of Elbasan. The police arrested Hergito Peqini and the minor Klaudjan Sallufi for the incident. The latter was sentenced to 2 years in prison for not reporting the crime.
The 33-year-old killed the teenager after a momentary conflict as the latter were allegedly under the influence of narcotic substances.
At that time, 18-year-old Eiden Dino was also arrested in connection with the murder, who confessed all its dynamics.
