A 49-year-old woman who was under house arrest by the Durrës Court for prostitution has continued to practice her activity. In collaboration with her 40-year-old partner, she hatched a plan to rob her client after offering sexual intercourse in exchange for money.
According to the police, the 49-year-old woman has been declared wanted, while her partner in crime, Robert Lamnica, 40, has been arrested. According to the police, he was also under house arrest for the same offense as her accomplice in a previous crime.
According to the investigation, the two committed the crime of stealing a cell phone and a sum of money from a 44-year-old client. Sexual relations were offered at the suspect's apartment.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen RL, 40 years old, resident of the village of Shënavlash, and declared the citizen AH, 49 years old, resident of Durrës, wanted. The 49-year-old, while under "house arrest" security measure, is suspected of having offered sexual intercourse, in exchange for payment, in her apartment, to a 44-year-old man. In this apartment, the citizen RL forcibly took the 44-year-old man's mobile phone and a sum of money.
Citizen AH and citizen RL were under the security measure "House Arrest", ordered by the Court of Durrës, within the framework of the coded operation "Last Threat", conducted in April. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Durrës" , the police announced.
