A serious incident occurred in the village of Sopa, Divjaka, where a 68-year-old man, while welding a gate owned by a citizen, fell from a height and lost his life.
According to police, the 68-year-old man could not survive his injuries and consequently died in hospital the day before (July 30).
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Divjaka Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office for further evaluation, after yesterday, in the village of Sopa, citizen TK, 68 years old, while working on welding a gate owned by citizen VK, fell from the height of the gate and as a result lost his life in hospital," the police informed today.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action.
