Irfan Azizi, the close friend of Talo Çela and Dorian Shkoza, survived the assassination attempt on November 29, 2020 in Poshnje, Berat, only thanks to the jamming of the machine gun used that night by Talo Çela's soldier, Altin Kamami.
Talo Çela had been going to the Berat area for two weeks, with the aim of locating and killing his friend, Irfan Azizi, after Talos had been suspected that he was collaborating with Nuredin Duman's opposing group, sheltering them and providing them with cars for murder .
On November 26, 2020, Talo Çela talks on "Sky" with Franc Çopjan, writing to him: "...I was thinking tonight that I would go for a ride...to put Kavajë-Berat in with me." I've been going out every night, but I'm not catching that whore Berat. It seems to me that it is a search for injuries, it seems to me, that's why I look. I have been going there at night for more than two weeks...".
Talos' logic was obscured, since on September 17, 2020, Nuredin Duman's group killed his brother Bujar Çela. This person, apart from the blood connection with Talo Çela, had no other common connection with the world of crime that Talo represented.
For the murder of Bujar Çela, Nuredin Duman's weapon was blocked. Even in the attempt to kill Irfan Aziz, Altin Kamami, Talo Çela's soldier, the weapon was blocked.
Çela, was informed by members of the group such as Mikael Kamami and Franc Çopja, that the car that was used in the murder of Bujar Çela and Emiljano Ramazan was bought in a service station in Poshnje, whose owner was called Irfan Hazizi or as they called him for short "Fania ” and “Beratsi”.
However, Hazizi was very well known in the eyes of Talo Çela. After more than one occasion Hazizi had helped and saved Talon from the handcuffs of the police, when they went to rob the house of the money changer Minella Muçi in Fier.
But on several other occasions, Hazizi took the stolen cars that Talo Çela sold to him and then dismantled them.
But despite this, Talo Çela, convinced that his friend had crossed over, decided to kill him. Even though he was wanted by the police, Talo went to Berat almost every day for two consecutive weeks to find and kill Irfan Haziz.
The group had secured several stolen license plates in the Librazhd area, for which Talo sent Maksim Koçi, otherwise known as "Gagaçi".
Meanwhile, at noon on November 29, 2020, Talo Çela talks to Maksim Koçi, telling him to get ready to flee to Berat.
"...is the bird coming?, Are you far away...?- writes Talo Çela. While Maksim Çoku replies: "...I'm leaving soon...".
And Talo continues to write that: "...don't worry that we are late, that we will not do things in a hurry. are you away Where are you sure we are ready brother? We have gas in the garage today, we will leave with a super Benz "Ok". But when you come, wait where you park the Golf Ok...".
While Maksim Koçi writes to him that: "...I am close to TEG...".
Madje mbrëmjen e 29 nëntorit 2020 kur e ka gjetur në ambientet e një karburanti në Poshnjë, Altin Kamami, e ka qëlluar me automatik teksa Irfan Hazizi, po shkonte drejt makinës së Talos, për ta përshëndetur dhe takuar, pasi ai kishte arritur ta njihte mikun e tij të vjetër që ndodhej në timonin e makinës prej nga u qëllua.
Altin Kamami, ka nxjerrë kallashin dhe nga brenda makinës ka hapur zjarr. Arma ka mundur të shkrepë vetëm një plumb të vetëm dhe më pas është bllokuar duke mos shkrepur plumba të tjerë.
Hazizi, në këtë moment ka marë një plumb në dorë dhe për shkak se automatiku u bllokua, ai ka mundur të largohet me vrap nga ambjentet e karburantit dhe të kalojë në disa toka të mbjella aty afër.
Edhe pse me vete Talo Çela kishte në makinë të armatosur Altin Kamamin dhe Maksim Koçin, sërish këta dy persona nuk kanë mundur të venë në funksion kallashët e tyre, pasi objektivi ju iku shumë shpejt nga sytë.
Një ditë pas ngjarjes në 30 nëntor 2020 Talo Çela bisedon me Maksim Koçin, duke i thënë se na fëlliqët pasi Koçi dhe Altin Kamami, pasi këta të dy nuk kanë mundur të mbarojnë punë edhe pse Talo Çela, ia ka nxjerrë në “pjatë”, Irfan Azizin.
Ndër të tjera Talo Çela i shkruan Maksim Koçit duke i thënë:”...po ja po rri ship mërzit keq ma, s’kam çfarë flas me “Marokun” (Kel Kamamin). Ju të dy ngritë mbrëmë, ti ngece fare u hutove, ai tjetri u bllokua. Na fëlliqët, kot më bukur që ju a nxora s’ka më. Iku ajo punë tani. Faji i ju të dyve vëlla, unë jua nxora në pjatë. Mend për herën tjetër tani...ajo nuk falesh vëlla”.
Por Maksim Koçi ia kthen si më poshtë vijon:”...po ke shumë të drejtë dhe unë kam shumë gabim. Jo pjatë, por super pjatë ishte, na doli si llokum, si ai çast nuk del më. Po se kur të vij aty, flasim me terezi mirë e mirë...”.
Më poshtë Talo Çela i shkruan Maksim Koçit:”...po vari leshtë, iku me ajo punë. Kur s’ia ke idenë, nuk di me vepruar për herë të parë ishte për ju. Por thuaj ti “Marokut” që fajin e patëm ne, jo “fratja” se ne gabuam thuaj, unë dhe ai tjetri ngecëm ngrimë, u hutuam atij ju bllokua arma. Kaq...”.
“...mirë, mirë, çfarë rëndësie ka kush e pati fajin tani...”-ia kthen Maksim Koçi.
Ndërkohë vetëm pak çaste pasi i kishin bërë atentat Irfan Azizit, Talo Çela bisedon në “Sky” me Guri Bibën duke i thënë:”...na u bllokua arma, i gjuajtëm ku*s ke karburanti, iku me vrap. Na u bllokua arma ku* mu**, iku me vrap plehra. Mos dikuto me “Marokun” as me një ok...”. Po si u bllokua me fishek të dytë!!! Nuk kemi çfarë ikim më ke ai kurvë, u dogj ajo punë atje tani...ishalla ta ketë kapur ai plumbi në gjoks...”.
Guri Biba i thotë Talo Çelës duke shpresuar që mos e ketë njohur Irfani dhe mos i hapte probleme. Kurse Talo ia kthen se shoku i tij s’ka mundur ta njohë pasi atë natë ishte veshur ndryshe dhe fytyrë tjetër.
For the attempted murder of Irfan Haziz, Berat's prosecution was able to identify at that time, through Irfan's testimony, only Talo Çela, whom it declared wanted and then transferred the file against him to the district court for trial.
Meanwhile, SPAK, through communications in the "SKY" application, has identified the role of several people who participated in this crime, which then led to Irfan Haziz's escape from Albania to England.
According to the SPAK file, in the role of the financier of this event are the two brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, while Mikael Kamami has the role of ordering and organizing the murder.
While Talo Çela, had the role of the driver of the vehicle used in the event. Meanwhile, two executors participating in the event were Maksim Koçi and Guri Biba.
Guri Biba also participated in this event, in the role of informant on the location of the apartment, fuel and other details. According to SPAK, Guri Biba would personally participate in the observation and elimination of Irfan Aziz, but this did not happen as his grandfather passed away a few days ago./Oranews
