A second case was registered in SPAK, against Arqile Bollanos, the commanding mayor of Himarë municipality, since during the exercise of his duties, he approved for a private entity a construction permit for the enclosure of a piece of land, which belongs to two documents residents of the area, Spiro Dhima and Ana Idrizaj.
This is the scheme that Bollano and Goro used in the case of the siege and alienation of the property of Himara's teacher, Irakli Likoka.
Case, which is being investigated by SPAK, and the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, is currently arrested, while Arqile Bollano, together with Oleg Goron, are under investigation.
Meanwhile, the second case has been opened after the complaint filed in SPAK by Spiro Dhima and Ana Idrizaj, who requested criminal prosecution for "Abuse of duty" against the mayor in command Arqile Bollanos and the chief of the municipal police in Himarë, Geljon Dedit.
According to the file submitted to SPAK, Spiro Dhimo and Ana Idrizaj are owners with regular AMTP issued in 1991, of two land surfaces of 3750 m2 and 3800 m2. In the file it is said that the complainants have become aware that these two properties were registered in 2021 in the mortgage of Saranda, in the name of Simo Leka.
"...we suspect that the ownership title of Simo Leka is falsified for the reason that he received the ownership rights that Spiro Dhimo and Ana Idrizaj previously had. So the circumstances reflected in the ownership title of the citizen Simo Leka are false since the property was previously given to two other people by regular documents from the former municipality of Lukovë...", the file states.
According to the investigation file, it appears that Simo Leka applied to the Himare municipality for a construction permit, with the aim of enclosing the property owned by Ana Idrizaj and Spiro Dhimo.
This construction permit turns out to have been granted by Arqile Bollano, who is acting as the commanding mayor of the Himarë municipality.
"...given that we have paid taxes for the above properties in the municipality of Himare since 1991 until today, Bollano at the time of granting the permit should have known that this property belongs to Ana Idrizaj and Spiro Dhimo, with a document regular ownership and even worse to give a permit for the property owned by the two whistleblowers" , it is stated in the file submitted to SPAK.
It is now expected that this case will be merged into a single proceeding with the investigation file where Jorgo Goro, Arqile Bollano and Oleg Goro are being investigated./Ora News
