Artur Hoxhosmani, or as he is otherwise known in the criminal world as "Turi Burrelsi", together with Plaurent Dervishi from Durrës, turn out to be the main people who had set up a powerful cocaine trafficking network from Latin American countries towards European Union countries.

"Ora News" journalist Elton Qyno has secured the photo of the two arrested Hoxhosmani brothers, the first being Artur Hoxhosmani and the second being Klevis Hoxhosmani, who became known after a romantic relationship with the daughter of former DP MP Majlinda Bregu.
The two brothers arrested at the same time are the sons of Elvin Hoxhosmani's uncle, sentenced to 23 years in prison as part of Indrit Dokle's group, which twice attempted to assassinate Lulzim Berisha in Durrës in April and May 2005.
The two arrested brothers had managed to establish a secure cocaine trafficking line, entering the wholesale market. And they did this together with Plaurent Dervishi, Lulzim Berisha's former brother-in-law.
For Dervishaj, this is the second file for cocaine trafficking registered at SPAK, while in total 4 criminal files have been opened against Dervishaj, two for drugs, one for the assassination attempt against Arjan Ndoja, Landi Muharrem and Andi Maloku, as well as file No. 4 for a property investigation based on the Anti-Mafia Law.
Owned by Artur Hoxhosmani in 2014, a "Call-Center" business was opened in Durrës under the name "NUISANCE CALL BLOCKER".
In 2018, the first business called "Ilaria 2015" was opened in the name of Artur Hoxhosmani, with offices located on Murat "Toptani" Street in the "Gjergji Center".
Further, the eldest brother of the four sons of the Hoxhosmani family, decides to open another business called "Kelcon" in September 2023, establishing commercial activities in Tower "E", at the "Delijorgji" complex in Tirana. The administration of this business is currently in the name of Armand Shehu.
Meanwhile, in the name of his other brother, Klevis Hoxhosmani, a business named "Auto Premier" was registered in 2020, where the focus of the trade is on expensive cars and service.
The business is located in Xhafzotaj, Durrës, and the administrator of this business is citizen Ervis Keci.
Also in Tirana, in the name of the 4 brothers, Artur, Klevis, Bledar and Renols Hoxhosmani, several real estate properties have been registered, such as apartments in the most expensive areas of Tirana, villas in the Lundra area, villas in the "Green Coast" area, land and garages in Tirana and Durrës, as well as other luxury vehicles.
At the same time, SPAK has also begun scanning bank accounts in several second-tier banks that are administered by these assets.
The two Hoxhosmani brothers lived a life between Dubai, England and Albania, showcasing their wealth on social media and throwing parties with girls from the Albanian "Show Biz" world. / Ora News
