Two people, aged 22 and 26, were arrested by the Fier Police after they adapted their premises for sports betting.
The police have arrested Flavjo Lakrori and Juljan Zhavari, both residents of Fier.
They were caught red-handed in the 2 bars owned by them, in the "Konferenca e Peza" neighborhood, which they had adapted for the illegal organization of gambling (sports betting with mobile phones and computer units).
From both premises, 8 computer units (laptop and iPad), 2 mobile phones and 1 television were seized as material evidence.
"The mega-operation "Rule of Law" continues, against the illegal organization of gambling. They had made their premises available, in the "Konferenca e Peza" neighborhood, for placing sports bets, with computer equipment and mobile phones, 2 citizens were arrested in the act.
8 computer units, 2 mobile phones and 1 television are seized.
As a result of controls in premises where it is suspected that gambling is organized and played, in violation of the law, the specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the specialists for the Investigation of Computer Crimes, hit 2 more cases of this activity. As part of the mega-operation "Rule of Law", for these cases the citizens FL, 26 years old, and J. Zh., 22 years old, both residents of Fier, were arrested.

From both premises, 8 computer units (lap top and iPad), 2 mobile phones and 1 television were seized as material evidence. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions", the police informs.
