Greek police have arrested 2 people after they were caught with a quantity of narcotics and cash.
The van of the international Berat - Zakynthos line was seized by the Greek police with a quantity of cocaine. The police officers of the Patras Narcotics Department have located two suspects in Rio, where an Albanian citizen handed over two bags to a Greek citizen and then they left in vehicles in different directions.
The police immediately detained the suspects and during the search, three packages containing 159.3 grams of cocaine were found and seized, while the Albanian was found to have a package containing 1 kg 44 grams of cocaine, a mobile phone and 6,445 euros.
159.3 grams of cocaine were divided into three packages and carefully hidden in a package of laundry detergent, while 1044 grams of cocaine were found in the cabin of the vehicle driven by the Albanian. The latter's vehicle turned out to be a van on the Berat - Zakynthos route. Along with the driver, it is learned that the passengers were also detained, who were later released.
