Police have discovered an environment suitable for the cultivation of cannabis in the Peqin area, where around 4,000 roots of this narcotic plant have been seized.
According to official sources, the apartment where the illegal activity took place is suspected to be owned by the director of the Rrogozhina Prison, Bilbil Hasa. The latter has been declared wanted by the authorities and has been suspended from duty.
Police structures are continuing their investigations to fully uncover the case, while no other details have yet been made public on how the activity was organized or other people involved.
