Alket Deda, Xenofon Bodo, Selami Lushkaj are the three persons arrested by order of SPAK as involved in the trafficking of narcotics. The three traffickers, part of a criminal group, were arrested on the order of SPAK, after attempting to traffic drugs by sea on August 15, 2023.
From the disassembly of the mobile device owned by the former policeman Arlind Ismailukaj, WhatsApp conversations and signals for drug trafficking in 4 different episodes in Italy, Greece, Kosovo and Turkey have been revealed. According to investigations by the Special Prosecutor's Office, the group in question trafficked large amounts of heroin and cocaine in August 2023.
We remind you that the search of his phone revealed conversations with Arben Dalipajn, who in the SPAK file was described as "the hat" and who is suspected of being the person driving the raft. Dalipaj is the only one who managed to escape the handcuffs and has been wanted for many months.
The police discovered that Gëzim Çela and his group, assisted by the chief of the Kurbini police station, Dritan Metaj, trafficked cannabis from the area of Fushë Kuqe towards the Adriatic Sea, where he exchanged the cannabis for cocaine in a boat.
In this period, a case of cocaine trafficking that was to be exchanged for a quantity of narcotics was discovered and documented, in what is known as the "Flame at Sea" operation.
After the operation, the citizen Gëzim Çela, otherwise known as the "Drug Baron", was also declared wanted. He was arrested in December 2023 in Kosovo, while only a few days ago, by order of SPAK, some assets believed to have been raised from criminal sources were seized.
