As a result of the continuous checks carried out following the "Rule of Law" mega-operation, by the Cyber Crime Investigation Specialists of DVP Shkodër, in cooperation with the Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Specialists of the Directorate for the Investigation of these Crimes, in the DPPSH , the coded police operation "Squad" has been finalized.
During this operation, on "Daut Boriçi" street, control was exercised in a private entity adapted as a call center, in which the verifications showed that through phone calls, various citizens were deceived into investing in fictitious markets.
Following the actions for this case, the following citizens were arrested red-handed:
KG, 32 years old, resident of Shkodër, head of the subject's operator team;
EE, 39 years old, resident in Tirana, general manager of the entity.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Shkodër, for further actions ," the police announced.
