The judge of Fier gave "Prison arrest" this morning as a security measure for the citizens Shpëtim Kalemi and Pandeli Petani, who were detained as part of the police operation coded "Value" where paintings and icons with the value of 1.5 million euros.

In the held session, the defendant Kalemi presented the purchase and customs clearance coupons and denied the charges. Judge Miranda Nakaj, after hearing the accusation and the defense, has decided that the two citizens will be sentenced to prison.
At the end of the session, the lawyer Ermal Hamataj asserted that it is all a show started by the Fier Police Department by arresting uneducated people, in extreme conditions of poverty who do not know the value of the icons and do not deal with their trafficking .
