Eljo Bitri, arrested in the Netherlands and then extradited to Belgium, as a person suspected of having participated in the murder of Arjan Spahi (Arjani i Vogël), turns out to have been in the plans of Mikael Kamami and Arzen Mama to be executed .

Such a fact comes out in the conversation of August 27, 2020, when Arzen Mama talks to Mikael Kamam, telling him that the person "Sinaballa" meaning Klevis Kapllan, has only 3 or 4 entrances to the village. While the villa that was shown to him, is not far from the road.

Pak para se të vritej Klevis Kapllani, ka qenë duke biseduar në “Sky” me Nuredin Dumanin, i cili e ka orientuar për të mbajtur një makinë që do përdorej më pas në një vrasje të Bujar Çelës. Vrasësi i shokut të ngushtë të Nuredit Dumanit ishte Eljo Bitri shoku i ngushtë i Nuredinit.
Eljo Bitri, i dërgon mesazh Mikael Kamamit, një foto attachment të shkrepur nga brenda një makine me drita të ndezura në rrugë, e cila duket në ecje. Duhet të jetë momenti i largimit nga vendi i ngjarjes.
Në vijim të komunikimeve ndërmjet tyre Eljo Bitri i shpjegon Mikael Kamamit, dinamikën e zhvillimit të ngjarjes dhe veprimeve të kryera para dhe pas ngjarjes.
Eljo Bitri shpjegoni se, personi që i referohet me pseudonimin "Miku", ka lyer motorrin, ndërsa armët ka fshehur në një ferrë. Kanë pikasur Klevis Kapllanin (objektiv i atentatiti), i cili ka dalë te kafja. Më pas Eljo Bitri së bashku me "Qerosin" kanë ikur dhe kanë marrë armët, ndërsa "Mikut” ia ka kërkuar motorin për ti dala para te rrugica.
Më pas, sapo është afruar Klevis Kapllani, Eljo Bitri e ka qëlluar, ku i shkruan: “…ai vjen edhe e musha plot për pak me iku vlla u pengova dhe më ka humb pistoleta…”.
Nga biseda kuptohet dinamika e ngjarjes ku ekzekutor është vetë Eljo Bitri, ndërsa ndihmës ka pasur "Qerosin", i cili i ka pritur me makinë dhe një person tjetër që i referohet si "Miku". Për vrasjen ka përdorur një armë "Tomson" me të cilën e ka qëlluar viktimën 5 herë në gjoks, ndërsa një armë tjetër tip "pistoletë” që ka pasur me vete i ka rënë në vendngjarje pasi është penguar dhe i ka rënë.
Bëhet fjalë për një pistoletë tip “Glock” që është gjetur në vendin e ngjarjes nga policia e Kavajës, por aty nuk janë gjetur gjurmë gishti pasi Eljo Bitri e kishte pastruar.
Eljo Bitri i shkruan Kamamit, se i kishte zënë rrugën viktimës me disa ferra para, të cilat ia kishte vënë si pengesë.

Also, Mikael Kamami talks to Leon Ramani on September 17, where he sends him a photo of Klevis Kapllani and then sends him some messages.
Kamami: This one killed Uncle Lali

Kamami: I also married Lali, I rubbed my whole body
