A complex of villas in the area of Lundra, hotel, construction company and various properties were seized during the month of August 2024 by SPAK, which are believed to be derived from criminal activity and owned by Arben Lamçja and businessman Arjan Ormenaj.

It is about 15 assets that are registered in the name of Arben Lamçjas, his wife Manjola Hysenaj, Gentian Paruca, Eduard Petalli, Dile and Fatmir Petalli.

The assets have been blocked, after an investigation carried out through conversations on the "Sky" application that Arben Lamçja conducted with the brothers in Dubai, Franc and Hajdar Bako, who invested part of the profits from the drug trafficking activity in Tirana.

Even the former "Gjuta" villa, located on "Elbasan" street in Tirana, which was rented by the Çopja brothers with the aim of setting up a business there, did not escape the wave of seizure.

A business in the center of Tirana, called Hotel "Domus", which is located behind the Pyramid in the capital, did not escape the seizure.

Initially, this business was owned by Jhino Kazazi and Dhimitër Galoshi.

But on January 30, 2020, the latter decided to sell this business in the center of Tirana to Arben Lamçjaj, against a ridiculous value of 100 thousand old lek.

After paying this amount outside the notary's office, Lamçja becomes the owner of this business worth hundreds of thousands of euros.

But 39 days after buying this property for only 100 thousand old lek, the new owner Arben Lamçja decides to give up this business by selling the shares on March 11, 2020, to Manjola Hysenaj, who turns out to be his wife.

The sale of shares was carried out at the same price that Albert Lamçja had bought 1 and a half months ago from Xhino Kazazi and Dhimitër Galloshi.

The businesses and properties of businessman Arjan Ormenaj did not escape the wave of seizures. 18 assets registered in the name of "Elba Beton" and this company itself have been seized, including several bank accounts.

We remind you that some of these properties in Elbasan and Tirana were also blocked on July 28, 2016 by the Court of Serious Crimes.

But with the decision of April 5, 2017, the Supreme Court declared illegal the sequestration imposed on the properties and business of "Elba Beton", freeing them.

According to the Supreme Court, these assets were first opened by Arben Lamçja and then through regular notarial contracts, he sold them for 170 million lek to two businessmen from Elbasan, Arjan Ormenaj and Besnik Rami./ Oranews
